While we agree a summer vacation is well-deserved, we hate to say good bye.
We are grateful for the friendships created and great service over the years.
We consider ourselves fortunate to have had expert assistance in the transition to carry forward the tradition established as the "Best on the Beach".
Holiday Isle Beach Service will step into the footprints left behind by S & R Watersports, effective immediately.
This transition will be accompanied by a few changes. HIBS will have smiling faces on the beach this weekend to welcome guests and get to know the owners. The Beach Service will continue to be included for the rental guests of those on the in-house rental program. The same daily fees apply for the guests of self-managed and outside managed properties. Non-Rental/Owner Occupied units with owned equipment continue to enjoy seasonal setup on a gratuity basis. Owners wishing to rent Beach Set-Ups for self-use, or additional Set-Ups may do so at a special rate. Transactions are processed by the front desk. Only gratuity accepted at the beach. Addition information shall be provided as every scenario isn't included.

If you see any questionable advertising related to Holiday Surf, please contact management immediately. Just this week a false ad was reported on Craig’s List, thanks to quick action by the unit owner, it was removed.
